Join entrepreneur-focused or freelancer Facebook groups. I made many connections and booked many discovery calls from groups like these. Carve out time daily to search posts related to social media management and comment on them. Be sure to provide value before offering services and dropping your website link.
Poke around job websites
Look at LinkedIn and Indeed for entry-level social media management positions with entry-level salaries. Is there a company you love? Pitch them a social media management package with a monthly breakdown. You'll land a high-paying client, and they win by saving on benefits and compensation.
Find ways to get seen as the expert
Get really obsessed with one or two aspects of social media management and don't stop talking about them: guest blog, speak at networking events, host Clubhouse rooms, submit to be a guest on podcasts. Let everyone know you're the go-to gal for this topic!
